Weekend project - Nutella brownies

Was checking out Facebook tadi and someone posted this simple recipe on Facebook: Nutella brownies.

Ingredients:
280g of Nutella
2 eggs
10 tablespoons of flour

Only 3 ingredients.. hmm

Mix them altogether..

Sticky gooey chocolatey..

And bake...

Voila! Nutella brownies..

The results?

A little burnt sebab I accidentally terletak dalam oven a little longer than it should.. texture is kinda thick.. but brownies are supposed to be like that kan? I might modify it a little next time. Maybe sieve the flour to make the texture fluffier and lighter.. will probably add some nuts too..

Next time.. heh. After all, I am a HUGE fan of Nutella.. so will definitely try this again.

Anyway, had lunch at ozone with Shazril, the Embassy guy tadi. Dish of the day was "prawn laksa", so I pun ingat nak cuba lah.

Was kinda disappointed though.. cuz what came wasn't laksa.. but more like pasta.. Oh well. I should have known kan.. heh.

There.. "prawn laksa". Got "light curry sauce" some more.. So you can't blame me for thinking that I'm getting laksa kan?

And this came instead.. looks like pasta, tastes like pasta.. but it's supposed to be "laksa". Heh!

Oh well... hahah. Anyway, it has been a relaxing weekend.. Now nak mandi and tidur. Nite semua.. xoxo
